Maxwell Adjei-Twum, MBA, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical training, documentation, and education management. Currently serving as a Technical Trainer at Turbo Federal, LLC since July 2022, Maxwell also founded and leads Kairos Meraki Group. Previous roles include Senior Technical Writer/Trainer at Axle Informatics, where contributions included creating medical documentation for NIH projects, and Principal Technical Writer/Training Consultant at the U.S. Department of Justice, overseeing technology training and curriculum development. With a strong background in academia, Maxwell has held leadership positions in multiple educational institutions, achieving significant student certification pass rates and overseeing faculty development. Maxwell holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University.
