Courtney Kronfeld

Courtney Kronfeld has held various roles in recruitment and consulting throughout their career. Courtney currently serves as the Head of Recruitment at TurboDebt, a rapidly-growing financial services and marketing company. Prior to this, they held the same position at Acquisition Brands, a marketing and sales company. Courtney also worked as a Consultant and Senior Recruiter at Hirefuel, a premier recruiting firm specialized in high growth, venture-backed startups. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruiter and Executive Assistant at Neohire South, which was later acquired by Ejento. Courtney Kronfeld also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at Oak Park Unified School District.

Courtney Kronfeld earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Psychology at Moorpark College, where they studied from 2013 to 2014. Before attending Moorpark College, Courtney spent a year at the University of Arizona, from 2012 to 2013, studying Pre-Nursing Studies.
