Leah Panaro

Leah Panaro's work experience includes various roles in the biomedical imaging field. Leah started their career in 2013 as a Tutor at Teach Me 2. In 2014, they worked as a Biomedical Engineer at CapeRay. The following year, they became a Research Assistant at The MGH/HST Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging, where they conducted scans and developed radial MRI sequences for self-navigating scans of the fetus in utero. Leah also gained experience in IDEA sequence programming and ICE image reconstruction software. In 2016, they returned to CapeRay as a Biomedical Engineer. In 2017, they joined The MGH/HST Martinos Center again, this time as a Senior Research Technologist & Project Manager. Leah'sresponsibilities in this role included project management and conducting exvivo imaging consultations. In 2022, they took on the role of Product Manager at Turing Medical.

Leah Panaro completed their education with a Master of Science (Med) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Cape Town from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university between 2010 and 2014. Leah'seducational journey began at St. Mary's D.S.G. Kloof, where they studied from 1995 to 2009, although the specific degree and field of study they pursued during that time are not provided.
