Marcos Lyra is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in data science and engineering management. Currently serving as a Data Science Senior Manager - AI at Turing since November 2024, Marcos previously held key positions including Head of Engineering at Take Blip, where management of five agile teams focused on developing new c-commerce products took place. Other notable roles include Director of Engineering at Toptal, Engineering Manager at OLX Brasil, and Senior Engineer Manager at Thomson Reuters, with a strong emphasis on code quality and team development throughout their career. Marcos also has a solid technical foundation, having worked in various capacities at companies such as Aurea Software, VML, WebRadar, M4U, and Orga Systems.
