Katie Laposta

Katie LaPosta has a diverse work experience in IT and project management. Katie began their career in 1993 at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., where they served as a Manager and Business Analyst in both the Sales Department and IT. Katie was responsible for the support and development of various sales and sales finance systems.

In 2010, LaPosta took on the role of Business Relationship Manager for IT, Sales, Marketing, and Specialty Products at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Katie played a key role in department transformation and restructuring, including the creation of a new organization structure and global operating model.

From 2013 to 2014, LaPosta served as a Senior Manager of IT, Enterprise Applications, and Delivery at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Katie had full ownership of delivery and support functions for all enterprise applications, including SAP, Oracle Trade Funds, JDA Demand Planning, and more.

In 2015, LaPosta joined Pinnacle Foods as a Senior Director of IT, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Katie was a member of the IT Leadership Team and worked closely with the business to develop strong business cases for application and technology improvements.

In 2019, LaPosta joined KGLP Consulting as the Director of New Product Development. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Director of IT Development at Turkey Hill. In this role, they worked closely with the CIO and had full accountability for project portfolio and project delivery for various departments, including sales, sales finance, marketing, and supply chain. Katie led projects to improve trade promotion management, customer profitability business intelligence, and more.

Katie LaPosta holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Rutgers University.
