Michael Nardo

Michael Nardo is an experienced finance professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Turkey Hill since 2022, Michael builds relationships with the Executive team and supports budget and forecasting processes. Prior to this role, Michael was a Senior Finance Manager at Dentsply Sirona from 2018 to 2022, leading an FP&A team and engaging with corporate leaders on financial strategies. Michael's extensive career includes positions such as Director of Profit Improvement at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., where a focus on sales and cost improvement was emphasized, along with cash management initiatives and auditing responsibilities throughout earlier roles. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Penn State University.
