Assoc.prof. Necla I. Kucukcolak

Assoc. Prof. Necla Kucukcolak currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Türkiye Ürün İhtisas Borsası / Turkish Mercantile Exchange, focusing on market operations, market surveillance, corporate affairs, and government relations since May 2019. Prior to this role, Kucukcolak held various significant positions at Takasbank - İstanbul Takas ve Saklama Bankası A.Ş. from January 2012 to May 2019, including Director of Derivatives, Energy & Commodity Clearing, where responsibilities encompassed clearing and settlement for numerous markets and collateral management. Kucukcolak has extensive experience in risk management and international market operations, dating back to a career that began at Borsa İstanbul in 1993. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Economics, an MPA/MC in Leadership & Strategic Management from Harvard Kennedy School, and an MSc in Business from the University of Reading.
