Mustafa Özçilingir

Mustafa Özçilingir is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in IT management and software development. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Turkmen Holding since December 2018, Mustafa oversees IT operations for the group's companies. As a shareholder at TRANGELS since February 2017, Mustafa participates in angel investing. Previously, Mustafa held the position of IT & Mobile Solutions Director at Samsung Electronics, managing over 60 technical professionals and establishing a robust partner ecosystem. Other notable roles include Vice President of Software & Solutions Development and Operations at Eczacıbaşı Topluluğu, Chief Information Officer at Tekfen, Principal Account Technology Professional at Microsoft, and Project Manager at Aselsan. Mustafa Özçilingir holds a BSc and MSc in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a PhD in Language Processing from Bilkent University.
