Ross Bruce

Ross Bruce's work experience includes various roles in the hospitality industry. In 2008, they began their career as a Welcome Desk Agent at W Hotels and later became a Welcome Desk Talent Coach. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Revenue Management Analyst, Reservations Supervisor, and Revenue Manager. In 2013, they joined W Hotels as a Director of Revenue Management, where they achieved significant growth in rooms revenue and market share. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Director of Revenue Management at Westin Hotels & Resorts, followed by a role as the Director of Revenue Management at JW Marriott Nashville from 2017 to 2022. Ross currently holds the position of Vice President, Revenue Management at Turnberry since May 2022.

Ross Bruce attended Georgia State University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hospitality Administration. Additionally, they attended Universidad de Salamanca from 2006 to 2007, earning an associates degree in Spanish.
