John Chapman

John Chapman has held various positions at Turner Construction from 1982 to 1999. John then moved on to Swinerton Builders where John served as the SVP General Manager for Oregon Operations. Later, John became the CFO for Northwest Operations. Currently, John is the Vice President and Managing Director of National Accounts at Turner Surety and Insurance Brokerage, where John is responsible for business development and client management of large construction clients/projects with regional and national scope. John has extensive experience in OCIP and CCIP insurance programs and construction risk management.
