Samantha Ramos

Samantha Ramos has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Help Desk Student Assistant at California State University, Northridge in 2009. Samantha then worked as a Help Desk Analyst at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from August 2016 to July 2017. Samantha then joined Turner Techtronics, Inc. in July 2017, first as an Enterprise Collaboration Service Desk Lead until October 2018, and later as an Account Administrator - End User Experience. Currently, they are working as a Tier 2 - Account Administrator at Provalus since June 2021.

Samantha Ramos completed their Bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences. Samantha pursued Game Art and Development at Southern New Hampshire University from 2020 to 2024.
