Terence Davis

Terence Davis is a Senior Project Manager with experience in K-12 education facility construction, renovation, and assessment. Prior to their current role at Turner & Townsend, Terence held similar positions at CBRE and other organizations, where Terence managed projects in various sectors such as commercial warehouse design, new construction, and renovation. Terence also has experience as a Director at the State of Tennessee, where Terence oversaw training, investigations, compliance, and probation and parole. With a Master's degree in Public Administration from Tennessee State University and a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Terence brings a unique skill set to their project management roles.
