Lorenzo De Plano

Lorenzo De Plano's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Lorenzo is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Turning Point Brands, Inc., a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of the New Ventures Division and Zig Zag at the same company, starting in July 2020 until January 2023. Lorenzo also worked as the Senior Director of the New Ventures Division from July 2019 to July 2020.

Before joining Turning Point Brands, Inc., Lorenzo was the Co-Founder and President of Solace Technologies, a leading manufacturer of nicotine salt smoking cessation products. The company was acquired by Turning Point Brands in 2019.

Lorenzo also had experience as an investor in Movee, LLC, overseeing the development of the company's software. Movee, LLC was later acquired by Dope Vids in March 2016.

Lorenzo served as the Business Development Director at Apiqe Water from August 2015 to December 2015.

Lorenzo also worked as the Director of Business Development / Marketing at Orca Coffee Club, where they developed and launched a D2C coffee subscription service from July 2014 to December 2015.

Lorenzo's earlier experiences include roles as the Operations Director and Co-Founder of Early Adopter Network, a software quality assurance and market research company, from June 2013 to July 2015. Lorenzo also worked as a Product Manager at Jobspot App from October 2013 to September 2014.

Prior to that, Lorenzo had roles as a Writer at Seeking Alpha, Marketing Coordinator at Cross Culture Marketing Group, and in Product Development and Marketing at SUPR Partners.

Lorenzo De Plano earned a Bachelor's Degree in Film Production / Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, where they were enrolled from 2012 to 2016.
