Austin Cowley has a diverse work experience. In 2023, they founded the Cowley Legacy Scholarship Foundation to provide scholarships to students impacted by the loss of a parent. Austin also worked as a News Contributor for Newsmax Media, Inc., appearing on air to discuss politics, conservatism, and college life. Furthermore, they served as the President and Re-Chartered Founder of the Turning Point USA chapter at the University of Michigan and worked as a Correspondent for Campus Reform, a conservative news platform focused on higher education. Additionally, they have interned for political campaigns, including the Shirley Maia-Cusick for U.S. Senate campaign in New Jersey and the Michigan GOP. Austin has also worked as a trained election poll worker/watcher in Essex County, New Jersey.
Austin Cowley attended West Orange High School from 2018 to 2022. After graduating from high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Michigan from 2022 to 2026.
