Karolina Ehretsmann

Karolina Ehretsmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, training, and consultancy since founding Ibasho in May 2013, specializing in organizational and cross-cultural issues. In their current roles, Karolina serves as a Senior Executive Coach and leadership facilitator at VIVACCI, and is involved in management and leadership development at emlyon business school. Karolina also provides expertise as an external senior expert for the European Commission's Intercultural Approach programme, along with their roles as a trainer and facilitator at ACADÉMIE DU COACHING and a senior consultant at PERAO - Outplacement. Additional positions include executive coaching and training at SBT │Human(s) Matter and Turningpoint Leadership, as well as corporate training at Forentem. With a master's degree in management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and multiple certifications in coaching and training, Karolina has contributed to education as a visiting lecturer in intercultural management at Université de Bourgogne.
