Marzena Baczewska

Marzena Baczewska has a strong background in managing and retaining customers in the bar industry. Marzena has experience as a Director of Bar Operations at Turnitin, where they led the execution of ExamSoft Bar Exam administration and focused on providing exemplary customer service. Prior to that, Marzena held various roles at ExamSoft, including Product Owner, Software Account Manager, and Logistics Coordinator. In these positions, they provided technical support management for bar exams, managed multiple locations and travel arrangements, and collaborated with multiple teams to ensure onsite support for exam takers. Marzena has a strong attention to detail and a focus on achieving both ExamSoft and departmental metrics.

Marzena Baczewska has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Gdansk University of Technology in Poland. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology Methods in Management, also at Gdansk University of Technology in Poland.
