Sarah Brady has demonstrated extensive experience in quality assurance and order processing within notable organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Order Processing QA at Turnitin since November 2014, Sarah has progressed through various roles including Team Lead and Specialist. Prior experience at the Care Quality Commission from September 2012 to November 2014 involved quality assurance within the Continuous Improvement Team, ensuring adherence to quality guidelines, as well as administrative support in the National Correspondence Team, addressing inquiries from diverse stakeholders. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Liverpool, completed in 2012.
