Meredith Regan

Meredith Regan is a seasoned professional in nonprofit strategy and innovation, currently serving as Founder and Lead Strategist at Shift Studio since August 2023, where Regan partners with top nonprofits to develop innovative revenue and brand strategies. In addition to this role, Meredith holds positions as a Senior Consultant at The Athena Advisors Consulting and as an Advisory Board Member at B Generous, a venture-backed FinTech company targeting the nonprofit sector. Previously, Meredith was Head of Product + Innovation at Alzheimer's Association® and has extensive experience at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, where Regan led innovation strategy and development efforts. With a Master's degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in English from Villanova University, Regan's expertise spans strategic consulting, product development, and organizational culture transformation.
