Thomas Igeme

Thomas is focused on driving growth at the Turn/River portfolio companies. He leads People & Enablement, partnering with the leadership at portfolio companies to identify and unlock the talent pieces required to accelerate their growth strategies. Prior to joining Turn/River, Thomas led global scaled learning at ServiceNow, founded Trybe.ai, a learning tech startup, built the sales enablement and productivity teams at LinkedIn, where his team generated a 20% increase in quota attainment, and was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group. Thomas also enjoys lecturing at his alma mater, Stanford University, where his teaching and research focus on data-driven leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
