Kosala Wijeratne is an accomplished professional in the field of electrochemistry with extensive experience in battery systems and materials. Currently serving as the Electrochemistry Lead for Battery Systems at Turntide Technologies, Kosala Wijeratne defines test procedures for validating NMC and LFP cells and has established internal testing capabilities. Prior experience includes roles as an Electrochemical Engineer at Johnson Matthey, where Kosala Wijeratne designed advanced Li-ion pouch cells and established testing methods, and as a Development Engineer at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, developing key testing methods for humidity sensors. Kosala Wijeratne also contributed significantly during tenure at Linköping University and the National Institute of Fundamental Studies.
