James Ostrowski

James Ostrowski is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Turo since March 2022. Previously, James held multiple roles at Airbnb from 2012 to November 2021, including Staff Software Engineer and Product Manager, where contributions included developing infrastructure for high-quality product delivery and reducing customer support costs for hosts. James was also a founding member of the Airbnb Experiences team, significantly enhancing user engagement and booking conversions as a full stack engineer. Earlier experiences include software engineering roles at Palantir Technologies, teaching assistance at MIT, and internships at Yelp and Charles River Analytics. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
