Jerry Howe

Jerry Howe serves as the Vice President of Global Marketplace Support at Turo since November 2020, contributing to a unique car sharing marketplace. Previously, Jerry held roles at OfferUp, including Chief Experience Officer, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing customer experiences and driving company growth. As Head of Customer Experience for North America at Airbnb, Jerry built an innovative customer care model to support rapid business expansion. Jerry's extensive background includes key leadership positions at McAfee, Serena Software, Clarity Visual Systems, and others, consistently focused on improving support services and driving operational excellence. Jerry holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kirkwood Community College and additional education from the University of Northern Iowa.
