Libby Kelly has extensive experience in customer service and fraud prevention, currently serving as a Fraud Prevention Specialist at Turo since August 2020, after progressing through various roles including Senior Fraud Prevention Associate and Executive Support. Prior to Turo, Libby worked as a Customer Service Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance, managing daily inbound calls and enhancing policyholder relationships. Libby's earlier experience includes leadership roles at 24-7 Intouch, where responsibilities encompassed serving as Team Lead for both Nike and Airbnb's customer experience teams, and as a Trip Experience Agent addressing guest and host inquiries. Libby began a career in customer service as a Front End Manager at the Deli. Libby holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northern Arizona University.
