Richie Touk

Richie Touk has extensive experience in community support and operations within technology-driven marketplaces. Currently serving as a Trust and Safety Verification Ops Specialist at Turo since January 2017, Richie collaborates with fraud prevention teams and oversees training and development for the BPO vendor team while updating procedures and policies. Prior roles include Community Support at Instacart, providing assistance for both shoppers and customers, and a similar position at Postmates, where support was offered across 20+ markets. Additionally, Richie worked at The RealReal as a Luxury Account Representative, managing over 3,000 accounts and fostering relationships with luxury consignors. Richie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from California State University, Fullerton.
