In this role, they were responsible for growing sales, engagement, and retention through eBay's loyalty and incentive marketing programs.
Before joining eBay, Roy worked as a Senior Associate in Leveraged Finance at The Carlyle Group from March 2001 to July 2004. In this role, they led coverage of the mobile communications, broadcast media, and cable television sectors for The Carlyle Group's high yield investment portfolio.
