Sean V. is an accomplished legal and technology executive with extensive experience in public service and law. Currently serving as Senior Director & Associate General Counsel at Turo since March 2019, Sean previously held roles such as Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Procurement Officer at the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security in Oregon. Notable achievements include leading a $120 million telecommunications contract initiative, directing Illinois' IT strategy as Chief Information Officer, and implementing significant legislative reforms while managing policy development for the Illinois Department of Corrections. Sean holds multiple degrees from the University of Notre Dame, including a Juris Doctor and a Master of Arts in Political Science.
