Nolan Church

Nolan Church is an experienced executive in the fields of human resources and talent management, currently serving as the CEO of FairComp and co-founder of Continuum, where the focus is on building a marketplace for executive opportunities. In addition, Nolan Church hosts the HR Heretics Podcast, which explores how CPOs, CHROs, founders, and boards create high-performing companies. Previously, Nolan Church held significant roles such as Chief People Officer at Carta, Head of Talent at DoorDash, and Recruiter at Google, contributing to the growth and development of teams in various capacities. Nolan Church began the professional journey with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of New Orleans.
