Arian Akhavan

Arian Akhavan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2014, Arian worked as a Research Assistant at the Longo Lab, Human Aging and Longevity, where they conducted research on longevity and performed assays and data collection for various studies.

In 2015, Arian joined the East West Eye Institute as an Ophthalmic Technician, where they performed ophthalmic tests and assisted in patient care.

From 2016 to 2019, Arian worked at Triage Consulting Group, first as an Associate and then as a Senior Consultant. In these roles, they led the creation of an outpatient coding review team and identified millions in lost client revenue. They also managed a team and implemented processes and tools to improve team efficiency.

In 2019, Arian joined Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. as a Manager in Performance Improvement Advisory Services. They worked in this role until 2021, focusing on performance improvement and advisory services.

Currently, Arian is working at Turquoise Health since 2021. They started as a Product Manager and later became a Senior Product Manager. Recently, they have been promoted to Head of Data Product.
