Ahmed Shehata

Ahmed Shehata is a Regulatory Specialist at Turtle Wax, Inc. since May 2023, previously serving as a Food Safety Quality and Regulatory Associate at Cargill from September 2021 to April 2023. In this role, Ahmed managed in-process and final product analysis, administered analytical chemistry tests, and produced internal audits per FDA guidelines while training new hires. Past experience includes working as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, where Ahmed calculated doses and filled prescriptions, and serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Rush University Medical Center, focusing on cognitive testing and patient recruitment, respectively. Ahmed holds a degree in Kinesiology with a Chemistry Minor from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2020.
