John Paul Christian Benosa, MEng, PME, CEM, PMP, CMRP, REB has over 18 years of work experience in various engineering roles. John Paul Christian began their career in 2002 as a Product Development Engineer at Panasonic. In 2003, they moved to San Miguel Corporation as a Technical Services Supervisor. In 2008, they joined Wyeth Philippines, Inc as a Reliability Engineer. In 2010, they moved to Pfizer as an Engineering Manager and PM Master Planner. In 2012, they joined Nestlé as an Engineering Manager. In 2018, they joined Wyeth Nutritionals Singapore as an Engineering Project Lead - Mechanical. John Paul Christian is currently working as an Engineering Project Manager at TurtleTree since 2021.

John Paul Christian Benosa has an extensive educational background. John Paul Christian obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bicol University from 1996 to 2001. John Paul Christian then obtained a Mechanical Engineer license from the Professional Regulation Commission in April 2002. In 2003, they began a Master of Engineering program at De La Salle University, which they completed in 2018. John Paul Christian also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Wyeth Philippines, Inc in March 2011 and a Certified Materials & Resource Professional certification from SMRP in September 2013. In December 2015, they obtained a Real Estate Broker license from the Professional Regulation Commission. John Paul Christian then obtained a Certified Energy Manager certification from ASEAN Centre for Energy in September 2021 and is currently working towards a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, which they are expected to obtain in August 2022.
