Roi Amszynowski has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2016, they co-founded and led TUTEN, where they raised over USD8M in funding and built a team of 200+ individuals. The company focused on creating a next-generation workflow management SaaS for service companies. Prior to this, in 2014, they co-founded Palettas, which became Chile's leading shops of artisan ice cream on a stick, achieving +$10M annual revenue in less than two years.

In 2015, Roi worked as a Sr. Product Manager Intern at Amazon, and in 2011, they served as an Associate at JPMorgan - Corporate & Investment Banking. During their time at JPMorgan, they co-crafted and led the company's strategy to become a leader in transactional banking in Chile, bringing in new clients and generating an additional $5M in annual revenue. Roi also co-founded and led the Chilean chapter of Adelante, a business resource group promoting professional development and community integration.

Before that, Roi worked at LAN Airlines as the LANPASS Regional Alliances Manager, where they developed and managed co-branding alliances for the company's loyalty program. Roi successfully led the renewal of a credit card co-brand alliance, doubling the revenue for both parties.

Roi's work experience began in 2008 as a Marketing Trainee at Procter & Gamble. Overall, they have demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills throughout their career.

Roi Amszynowski's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Harvard University for the SIEL Program, focusing on English Language and Computer Science. In 2004, they pursued a B.A. in Commercial Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, completing their degree in 2009. Roi then became an exchange student at Alliance Manchester Business School in 2007. Their highest level of education was achieved from 2014 to 2016 when they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
