Chajuana Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chajuana started their career as a Computer Lab Assistant at Davenport University in 1996 and worked there until 1999. In 1999, they joined The Detroit News as a Customer Service Representative, a role they held until 2000. From 1999 to 2007, they worked at AT&T as a Team Lead/Customer Service Representative, where they achieved notable accomplishments such as contributing to the decreased debt rate ratio and improving customer-satisfaction ratings through the implementation of new reporting procedures.

Starting in 2008, Chajuana worked at Colorado Technical University as a Student Advisor/Mentor until 2010. During this time, they provided guidance and support to students. In 2012, they joined Ferndale Public Schools as a Moodle Module Creator, where they researched and compiled learning tools, developed lesson plans, and created course modules for high school students.

Currently, Chajuana works at Tutor.com as a Virtual Tutor, a position they have held since 2014.

Chajuana Thompson obtained their Bachelor's degree in General Management & Office Administration from Davenport University, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Chajuana later pursued their Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Phoenix, completing their studies in 2005. Furthering their education, Thompson pursued a Doctorate degree in Education with a focus in E-Learning at Northcentral University, where they studied from 2011 to 2017.
