Chip Deweese

Chip DeWeese has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chip started their career as an IT Consultant at Computer Aid, Inc. from 1996 to 2001, where they were a PCLP Lotus Notes Developer and worked on various contracts. Chip then joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2001 as a Senior Technical Lead, specializing in Lotus Notes and later expanding into Java-based technologies. In this role, they served as a tech lead and mentor to developers and led a project to replace the company's internal Intranet homepage. Chip then worked as an IT Consultant at TM Floyd & Company from 2006 to 2007, where they served as a Team Lead for a group of developers and business analysts, responsible for customer-facing information sites.
