Daria Gorbatenko

Daria Gorbatenko's work experience includes being Head of Recruitment at Tutu since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Manager from November 2020 to May 2021 and as an HR Manager from March 2019 to November 2020. Before joining Tutu, Daria worked at Mail.Ru Group as an HR Manager from July 2017 to March 2019 and as an HR Intern from May 2016 to July 2017. At Mail.Ru Group, they were responsible for employee onboarding, goal setting, communication, and conducting surveys. Daria also participated in the recruitment process for various positions, including QA, team lead, C++, iOS/Android, PHP, and commercial roles. Additionally, they were involved in welcoming new employees and organizing their initial introduction to the company. Daria developed and implemented new adaptation processes and automated the adaptation process in order to improve the efficiency of the HR team. Daria also focused on employee motivation, creating a system for non-monetary incentives.

Daria Gorbatenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Project Management at the State University of Management (SUM) from 2013 to 2017. Daria then pursued their Master's degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management, General at the same institution from 2017 to 2020. Alongside their formal education, Daria obtained several certifications related to recruitment. In June 2019, they completed the "Recruiting PRO" certification at Moscow Advanced Communications School. Additionally, in December 2018, they received the "Recruitment-hackathon 1st place" certification from AmazingHiring Russia & CIS. In July 2017, Daria also obtained a certification from Index School, specifically in IT recruitment.
