John Shum

John Shum has a diverse work experience in various companies. John started in 2006 as a Business Analyst at Leo Paper Group. In 2007, they joined Intertek as a Business Analyst and eventually became a Business Solution Manager and then a Senior Business Solution Manager. From 2013 to 2013, they worked as a Deputy Director at Tradegood. In 2017, they joined TÜV Rheinland Greater China as a Vice General Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Solutions at TÜV Rheinland Group, a position they have held since 2020.

John Shum holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management of Information Systems from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Washington State University in the years 1995 to 1997.
