Manoj Gian Panta

Manoj Gian Panta is an experienced professional in the field of technical staffing and management, currently serving as the Global Head of Technical Staffing & GBDM I.04 at TÜV Rheinland Group since June 2022. With a robust background in the staffing industry, Manoj has held various leadership roles at SGS from October 2013 to June 2022, including Global Product Manager and Head of Technical Staffing Services for Asia and the Middle East. Prior to that, Manoj worked at TÜV Rheinland India Pvt Limited as Project Director, managing industrial technical staffing services across the IMEA region, and has extensive experience from roles at Moody International and ICL Certifications Ltd. Academically, Manoj holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and further qualifications from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, among others.
