Bahlakoana Mabetha is a skilled engineer with experience in analog design and energy access solutions. At Analog Devices, Mabetha worked as an Analog Design Engineer, focusing on circuits for fast, compact boost output and PCB prototypes. Prior to this, Mabetha served as an Energy Access Fellow at OnePower Africa, designing a low-cost smart meter with remote control capabilities and programming an Arduino microcontroller. Research experience includes developing power electronics for Robobees at Harvard Architecture, Circuits, and Compilers Group, and creating high-efficiency cavity structures and metamaterials at the Laboratory for Nanoscale Optics. Mabetha is pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering at Dartmouth College, following a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Harvard University. Educational background also includes an International Baccalaureate Diploma and Cambridge Overseas School Certificate.
