Vasilios Danos

Vasilios Danos currently serves as the Head of AI Security & Trustworthiness and Lead Expert AI at TÜV Informationstechnik GmbH - TÜVIT (TÜV NORD GROUP) since September 2014. As the founder of AI Certification Services at TÜViT, Vasilios focuses on the development of machine learning algorithms, robustness assessments for AI applications, and business development in AI. Vasilios has a strong background in cyber security, having conducted security assessments for IoT devices and embedded systems. Prior to TÜViT, Vasilios worked as a Semiconductor Engineer at Renesas Electronics, where responsibilities included the development and verification of mixed-signal circuits and project management across regions. Vasilios's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Electronic Systems & Engineering Management and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Automation Engineering/Industrial Computing from South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences, along with a certification as an Electrician.
