Henley Aubrey

Henley Aubrey is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in program management, knowledge management, and organizational change within the US Army. Currently serving as Deputy Program Manager at Tuvli since January 2021, Henley supports enterprise technology and systems integration initiatives to enhance Army personnel support. Additionally, as Knowledge Manager/Functional Analyst at Certified Technical Experts, Inc. since July 2018, Henley is responsible for the implementation of the USACC Knowledge Management Strategic Plan. With over a decade of experience in various senior roles, including Deputy Chief Officer of the Readiness Division at US Army Human Resources Command, Henley has a proven track record in personnel readiness and change management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Kentucky.
