Vitalii Kulyk

Vitalii Kulyk has a diverse work experience background. From 2015 onwards, they worked as a Consolidated Information Analyst for LLC "Media Group Ukraine" where they were responsible for managing information security corporate administration system implementation projects, streamlining business processes associated with corporate security, analyzing information sources for competitive advantage, and participating in budgeting and risk evaluation processes. Vitalii also conducted internal audits and investigations into specific information security incidents.

Before that, from 2014 to 2015, they served as the Chief Project Manager for LLC "Television channel 'Ukraine'". Prior to that, they worked in the Division for Combating Cybercrime in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine from 2011 to 2014, where they held the position of Chief Agent.

Their earlier experience includes working in the Savran District Department of Main Administration of MIA of Ukraine in Odesa region from 2005 to 2011. Vitalii held the position of Deputy Head of Department and Chief of Staff from 2007 to 2011, and before that, they worked as a District militia officer from 2005 to 2007.

Vitalii Kulyk's education history shows that they attended the Odessa Institute of Internal Affairs from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Specialist/Master degree in Law Enforcement Activity. Vitalii then went on to study at the Kyiv Institute of Internal Affairs from 2006 to 2007, earning a Magister/Master degree in Jurisprudence. From 2007 to 2009, Vitalii attended Uman State Agrarian University, where they obtained a Specialist/Master degree in Accounting and Audit.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Vitalii Kulyk has also completed several certifications in various fields. These include certifications in project management approaches such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Lean from the IT Education Academy (ITEA); CFIP Forensic Investigation - Certified Forensic Investigation Practitioner, and CMI Malware Investigation - Certified Malware Investigator from 7Safe; Combating Cybercrime: advanced level from OSCE; EPM2013 - Professional management of corporate projects from FastLane; FTK Access Data - Forensic analysis of computers and other data storage from Access Data; Fortinet NSE4 - Expert on protecting telecommunications networks from ERC; IBM I2 Analytics - Visualization as well as associated, temporal, and geopositioning analysis of big data from LLC 'AMI'; Microsoft SharePoint from Microsoft Innovation Center; Planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects with the use of logical framework approach from MDF Training & Consultancy; Programming basics and Python Base from IT Education Academy (ITEA); Understanding, Observing, Identifying and Investigating Malicious Internet Activity from Team Cymru; Vulnerability Management and Web Application Scanning from Qualys; and XRY - Forensic analysis of mobile devices from Micro Systemation.
