Sheila D. Ellis

Sheila D. Ellis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process improvement, financial management, and education. Currently serving as a Business Process Owner at TVH since August 2022, Sheila also provides bookkeeping services at Arroyo Financial Services and teaches Business and Accounting at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City. Previous roles include an Operational Excellence Consultant, Franchise Support Manager, and District Manager at H&R Block, where Sheila led significant revenue-generating operations. Sheila's career also includes leadership positions at Avon Products, the Internal Revenue Service as a Tax Compliance Officer, and as a Finance Specialist for the Puerto Rico House of Representatives.
