Leo Kern

Leo Kern has over three decades of experience in project management, IT management, and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as a Projectmanager / Product Owner at TVM verzekeringen since September 2015, Leo has led a multi-year project for replacing policy and damage systems across business divisions in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, while also supporting the transition to Agile Scrum methodologies. Previous roles include Integrator / Projectmanager at ING Nederland, where Leo facilitated synergy between Product Owners and DevOps teams, and Manager of Customer Monitoring, overseeing compliance activities related to anti-money laundering and customer fraud investigations. Prior experiences span prominent positions such as IT Manager at ING, Program Manager for an Operational Excellence program, and Project Manager at 2mChange. Leo's career began in marketing management positions at various companies, including Grodan and De Gelderlander, and complemented by a solid educational background in Business Economics from the University of Groningen.
