Valentina Molchun began their career in 2013 as a Human Resources Development Specialist at KOGORTA. Valentina then moved to Tvori in 2020, where they currently work as a Recruitment Specialist.

Valentina Molchun received their specialist degree in Psychology of Management from Saint Petersburg State University between 2007 and 2010. Valentina had previously earned their specialist degree in economist from Petrogzavodsk State University between 1998 and 2002.
