Ashok Kanniah

Ashok Kanniah has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the real estate sector, currently serving as the Head of Sales at TVS Emerald since January 2021. Prior roles include Cluster Head of Marketing & Sales Operations for Chennai and Bangalore at Godrej Properties Limited from June 2012 to January 2021, where responsibilities encompassed lead generation, client presentations, and project updates. Before Godrej, Ashok held positions at TATA Realty & Infrastructure Limited as Assistant Manager, where market intelligence and client networking were key tasks, and at L&T Urban Infrastructure Limited and L&T in similar marketing capacities. Earlier career experience includes roles in customer interface and financial product marketing, building a robust foundation in client relations and sales strategies. Ashok holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Loyola College.
