Arun Jayaraman

Arun Jayaraman has over two decades of experience in supply chain management. Arun began their career at Eicher, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in product development and launch projects from 1992 to 1995. Arun then joined Ford Motor Company in 1997 and held various managerial roles in supply chain functions until 2003. In 2003, they joined TVS Supply Chain Solutions as the Strategic Accounts & Production Support Supply Chain Division Director. In this position, they were responsible for managing the division's growth and global account management of strategic clients. Arun also developed global relationships with key clients in the automotive, industrial, and defense sectors, offering value propositions related to production support and aftermarket supply chains. Additionally, they assisted European manufacturers in procuring components from Asia Pacific and represented the interests of Indian manufacturers to grow their business in European countries.

Arun Jayaraman completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1992. Arun then pursued an MBA (PGDIM) in Operations Management at NITIE Mumbai from 1995 to 1997. In 2002, they studied Integrated Logistics Management at Deakin University Australia. Arun also obtained a certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS USA in 2006, and later completed the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) program from the same institution in 2010. Additionally, they attended IMD Switzerland in an undisclosed period to study the Management of Extended Supply Chain.
