Mark Watson has extensive work experience in supply chain and operations management. Mark started their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Multipart Solutions Limited in 2001 and eventually became the DC Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the smooth operation of the National Distribution Centre and was part of the Multipart Board Team.
In 2012, Mark joined TVS Supply Chain Solutions UK & Europe as an Operations Director, where they managed all TVS sites across the UK, including warehousing, transport, packaging, and MHE. Mark then took on the role of Supply Chain & Operations Director, overseeing service delivery across multiple sectors and optimizing stock.
Mark later became the Supply Chain & Implementation Director, where they were accountable for supply chain functions, business implementation activities, and IT solutions. Following that, they took on the role of Project Director, responsible for project management activities and solution design for a major logistics contract bid.
Their most recent position at TVS is Business Solutions Director, where they oversee business projects, supports business development and commercial directors, and works towards achieving business growth targets through existing client encirclement and securing new contracts.
Mark Watson attended Runshaw College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained their A-Levels in Business Studies, Maths, and Psychology. Mark then enrolled at the University of Central Lancashire from 1997 to 2001, specializing in Human Resources and Promotional Communications. Mark graduated with a 2:1 degree in BA (Hons) Business Studies.
