Juan Gutiérrez

Juan Gutiérrez is an experienced audiovisual translator and videogame localization specialist with a diverse background in translation for various sectors, including academic and legal documents. Currently serving as an Audiovisual Translator at TVT and a Videogame Localization Specialist at Keyword Studios Mexico since 2018, Juan also holds a position as an EN>ES Translator and Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, where responsibilities include coordinating translation modules. Additionally, Juan has a strong freelance background translating general, scientific, and technical texts. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Translation Theory and Practice from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
