James Hajek

James Hajek is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in counsel and law firm leadership. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Twain Financial Partners since June 2022, Hajek previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Realty Law Partners, PC from September 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel for UIC (Urban Improvement Conglomerate) and Vice President and General Counsel at Finnigan Distribution, LLC. Additionally, Hajek practiced as an attorney at The Hajek Law Firm, LLC and McCarthy, Leonard & Kaemmerer, and was a partner at Husch Blackwell. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
