Nick Theodore

Nick Theodore is currently the Assistant Director of Transactions and Senior Counsel at Twain Financial Partners. Prior to this role, Nick was a Senior Counsel at Twain Financial Partners and an Associate at Lathrop GPM LLP specializing in Tax Credit Finance. Before that, Nick worked at Blake & Uhlig, P.A. as an Associate. Nick obtained their J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
