Tony Zamora has worked in the IT field for over a decade. From 2007 to 2008, they were an IT Technician at Oxnard College, where they operated Help Desk services for campus faculty, maintained network systems, and performed computer repairs throughout the Ventura County District. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Senior Help Desk Technician at OpalSoft, where they provided world-wide Technical Support for a community of 10,000+ users on a 24/7 basis and managed a great group of night and Graveyard shift technicians. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Support Desk Engineer at CPI Solutions, where they delivered top quality IT help desk support and technical solutions for Managed Services Provider aiding dozens of local businesses accomplish their IT goals. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Help Desk Manager at PulseOne Group, LLC, where they led a team of IT consultants & support engineers to deliver solutions for real world problems and supported business technology for over 100 booming companies. From 2015 to 2016, they were an IT Administrator at A.R.M. Solutions, where they provided complete IT support for an organization of nearly 100 users including a call center of 50+ individuals, maintained a virtualized network of Windows and Linux Servers, and managed and carried out projects with outsourced Vendors for software development and new hardware implementations. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been an IT Consultant at TWE Solutions Inc.
